Ostras! Tapas and Bottle Shop in located on the Plaza at 47 North Main Street in Ashland, Oregon.  Ostras! is owned by Billy Harto & Oliver Fix.  Billy is the owner of Thai Pepper and also started Kobe of Ashland, and Asian Grill and Bambu in Medford.  Oliver was born in Germany and moved to the USA in 2002.  Ostras! is a Spanish-themed tapas bistro & bottle shop offering an intimate, casual, friendly and inviting dining experience.  Ostras!, the Spanish word for oysters, features innovative craft cocktails, Sake, local and international wines by the bottle or glass, as well as unique tapas.  Tapas are a great way to enjoy and share unique flavors on small plates.  Ostra! is also a bottle shop with retail-priced wine available to purchase and take away, or consume in the restaurant with no corkage fee. Ostra! has indoor or outdoor seating by Ashland Creek and is open for lunch, dinner, or brunch on the weekends.  The menu includes empanadas, patatas bravas, prawns, octopus, oysters, scallops, clams, pork cheeks, savory meatballs, Spanish charcuterie board, salads and desserts.  Ostras! happy hour is after 8pm with $5 tapas with the purchase of a craft cocktail and on Sundays get $5 tapas all night from 3:00 til close.  On Tuesday and Wednesday enjoy Paella night for 5-9 pm.  Ostras! has small bites with big flavors and is a casual place for friends to gather.
